Political enunciation remains an enigma as long as it is considered from the stand point of information transfer. The paperexplores the specificity of this regime and especially the strange link it has with the canonical definition of enunciation inlinguistics and semiotics. The notion of political circle is reconstituted to account for representation as well as obedience whichmakes possible to see the reasons why a « transparent » or « rational » political speech act could destroy the very conditions ofgroup formation.
