This seminar session will welcome Nicolo Cavalli (Bocconi University). He will present applications of broad ranging social science theories for the age of artificial intelligence.

Biography

Nicolo holds a MSc in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and a BA in Political Sciences from the University of Bologna. During this time, he was a visiting student at Sciences Po Paris and at the London School of Economics.

He conducted his doctoral studies in Sociology at Nuffield College, University of Oxford and was a visiting researcher at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science at Harvard University.

His researches focuses on social and political attitudes; intergroup attitudes; technological and demographic change; and research methods for the digital society.

This seminar will be held in person and in English, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, in Room Goguel, 56 rue des Saints-Pères, 75007 Paris.
