Developed within the framework of the Forccast program, Tesselle is a médialab web application for the exploitation of iconographic resources: photos, maps, illustrations, visualizations, etc...
The web application interface allows to associate textual comments to specific areas and details of the image. The comments can be linked together to obtain a dynamic, exportable narrative that can be integrated into other web pages.
The application supports images in various formats: jpg, png, svg.
All data (images and comments) remain stored locally within the browser.
Tesselle is licensed under AGPL v3 and the source code is available on Github.
