casanova is a python library implementing specialized, practical and efficient CSV file readers, writers and enrichers.
casanova is for instance able to read files in reverse, to resume aborted processes very easily, to serialize many data types, to pre-buffer part of the files in order to assess their size if sufficient memory is available etc.
